No change in wanting to be a ham for the camera!

Magnolia blossoms

My favorite time of year is spring. I love all the new buds, blossoms and the many colors that God put here on the Earth! My favorite tree would be the Magnolia! Any one of them I love. They are just so pretty with their colored blossoms and how big those blossoms can get! Enjoy some of the ones I have taken this year...

Mount Rainer

My parent's, Desmond and I went out to Fay Bainbridge park Sunday afternoon. It was alive with people spending a nice afternoon out on the water front. We could see Mount Rainer very big and majestic looking. Desmond spend some time skipping rocks at the water edge. We had done that when Desmond was maybe 3-4 years old and we couldn't get him away from the water edge - he then would throw hand-fulls of rocks in, watching a splash could up from the rocks.

Easter 2009 @ Julie and Brent's House

We all had Easter at Julie and Brent's house this year! It was the first time I got to meet Cooper ("Julie's dog"), it's called a BUG - it's a Boston Terrer and a Pug mix. He's funny - little on the special side, but to see Cooper and Juba interact is very entertaining. Juba is "Brent's dog" who is a hugh pit bull. Both are 'rescue' dogs. I was terrifed of Juba when I first met him, but now we are best buds.
Desmond loved spending time with the dogs, probably more so than with us. Julie and Brent fixed us a yummy ham dinner. First time our whole family has been down there. It was good to spend time with our loved ones.

We sat around after eating and played Peggle (I think that is what it's called) :)

There is a Time for Everything

There is a time for everything and everything on earth has its special season.
There is a time to be born and a time to die.
There is a time to plant and a time to pull up plants.
There is a time to kill and a time to heal.
There is a time to destroy and a time to build.
There is a time to cry and a time to laugh.
There is a time to be sad and a time to dance.
There is a time to throw away stones and a time to gather them.
There is a time to hug and a time not to hug.
There is a time to look for something and a time to stop looking for it.
There is a time to keep things and a time to throw away.
There is a time to tear apart and a time to sew together.
There is a time to be silent and a time to speak.
There is a time to love and a time to hate.
There is a time for war and a time for peace.
